Room is private. The place comes furnished. You get a queen size bed in the room, work desk, night stand, and a spacious closet with some hangers there already. The kitchen is stock with food amd other items. I dont mind you using them just ask first. Their is a dining area. A blacony with a three sitter sofa. No smoking allowed. Smoking can be done outside away from the building. Ask first before taking something thats not yours. No loud music after 11pm or before 7am. Lights, ac and other utilities items must be turned off when not in use or extra utilities cost will be charged. 3,6, and 12 months lease. Absolutely no pets allowed. I understand some of you have a medical reason but since this is a shared space and my husband and I are extremely deadly as in deadly allergic the laws apply differently.
