Comfortably fits a full-size bed, possibly queen Features: The apartment is in a 3-unit brick building; it is the first-floor walk-up. There are hardwood floors throughout, huge living/dining room and ceiling fans in rooms. I have enough furniture for shared rooms, so if you only have bedroom furniture, that is fine. (If you have tons of furniture, we'd have to store some of our furniture). Parking is easy since we qualify for parking permits. It's a quiet block, tree-lined street, with a front porch with a bench, perfect for people-watching. There is room to store a bike or a few boxes in the basement. There is a table and chairs in the backyard, and you can grill out there. Landlords take care of issues fast. It's 3 quick blocks (6 mins) to the Granville Red line stop, the Broadway, Clark & Devon buses, Aldi, cafes, restaurants, CVS. Other places in easy walking distance: Whole Foods, Loyola University, Walgreens, Raven Theatre, Edgewater Library, and the LAKEFRONT - with a restaurant at the lake!
