    Bring your horses home! No more boarding. Excellent location above the fog and below the snow at 2200 ft elevation between Sacramento and Tahoe. Straight shot down the exit road just a mile from I-80. No curvy roads. Weimar Hills school and the fire station are less than a mile away. Wonderful breezes as you watch your horses down below you. GORGEOUS property. Incredibly private. Enormous pines and oaks. Private, paved drive. Large garden with raised beds and chicken coop with pen and grass run. Barn: 6 stall steel barn on a pad with drainage and with turn outs. 1 is a tack room. Large pipe panel pasture with run-in shelter could become an arena. We used movable electric to rotate pastures. You can add fencing with approval. Trails are very close. 3 orchards: over 100 fruit trees (6 cherry varieties, apricot, plum, apricot, pear, apple, pluot, nectarine. Wild fig in the creek area). Natural groundwater keeps the area around the barn and main orchards and garden green all year - it is green now. Drainage is excellent - we lost no trees to flood, but it's not a cliffside property. A nice slope that makes healthy horses, but still plenty of flat. Year long stream at the front of the property with gorgeous ferns. Newly cut in and graveled second building pad behind the main house out of site. *possible use of our travel trailer we have on site 30 amp for trailer Very large flat area around the home. 2 greenhouses Older garage/workshop HORSES ALLOWED Renter is responsible for water (treated), electric, propane, and trash service. 1 year initial lease term, renewable upon satisfaction.
