Key Access Details: - The entire property is yours to enjoy, with spaces crafted for relaxation and entertainment. - Parking is hassle-free, with a driveway accommodating 2-3 cars and additional street parking available. Please ensure all guests are declared. Noise & Parties Kindly respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Parties or events are not permitted. Smoking Smoking is not allowed indoors. A $150 fee applies if this rule is broken. Trash & Parking Use black/brown bins for trash and blue bins for recycling. Please do not park on the lawn, and note that RVs/oversized vehicles are not permitted. Furniture & Property Care Please avoid moving furniture or the pool table ($100 fee if moved). Report any damages during your stay. Linens & Towels Kindly use linens and towels with care. Excessive staining or misuse may require replacement. Security & Deposits Please do not tamper with cameras. Security deposits are refundable after the property is checked. Long Stays For stays of 30+ days, bi-weekly cleaning is required ($230 per cleaning).
