Key Access Details: - The entire property is yours to enjoy, with spaces crafted for relaxation and entertainment. - Parking is hassle-free, with a driveway accommodating 2-3 cars and additional free street parking available. Enjoy your stay, knowing every detail has been arranged for your convenience and pleasure. GUEST REGISTRATION: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $55 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help! PARKING: Please park only in the designated parking area on the driveway. Parking on the grass is not allowed. SUPPLIES: We provide a starter pack of essential supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and basic cleaning items to help you get started with your stay. For longer stays or if additional items are needed, guests are responsible for restocking according to their personal needs. Renters are responsible for all utility costs, including electricity, gas, internet, and water. A bi-monthly cleaning fee also applies, with professional cleaning scheduled twice per month. We also allowed pets up to 2, limited to 50 lbs below with a pet fee of $100/pet.
