Guest access At the Yellow Hummingbird, you can enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. You'll have full access to our home, designed to ensure a private and comfortable experience for you and your guests. Key Access Details: - The entire property is yours to enjoy, with spaces crafted for relaxation and entertainment. - Parking is hassle-free, with a carport accommodating 2-3 cars and additional street parking available. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. **Pet fee $100USD per pet per stay** ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest (kids over 2 as well), a $30/night fee will be applied. NOISE LEVEL MONITORING Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Thank you very much for your understanding. SUPPLIES We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. CAMERA Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property. One at doorbell and one in carport LONGTERM STAYS For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance, and the cost will be $230/cleaning. FIRE EXTINGUISHER 2 fire extinguishers. One is located in the downstairs closet, the other is in the hall closet upstairs. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help! Renters are responsible for all utility costs, including electricity, gas, internet, and water. A bi-monthly cleaning fee also applies, with professional cleaning scheduled twice per month. We also allowed pets up to 2, limited to 50 lbs below with a pet fee of $100/pet.
