You'll have full access to our home, designed to ensure a private and comfortable experience for you and your guests. Key Access Details: - The entire property is yours to enjoy, with spaces crafted for relaxation and entertainment. P-arking is hassle-free, with a driveway accommodating 2-3 cars and additional street parking available. Enjoy your stay, knowing every detail has been arranged for your convenience and pleasure. Other things to note NOISE LEVEL MONITORING Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Thank you very much for your understanding. SUPPLIES We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. TRASH DISPOSAL All household trash must be disposed of in the black or brown bins only. Failure to do so will result in a $50 penalty. Blue bins are strictly for RECYCLING only. CAMERA Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property. One at doorbell and one in carport LONGTERM STAYS For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance, and the cost will be $240/cleaning. FIRE EXTINGUISHER 2 fire extinguishers. One is located in the downstairs closet, the other is in the hall closet upstairs. Welcome! We're so happy to host you. To help make your stay as comfortable as possible and to keep the home enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and follow these house rules: Pets We gladly welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets (no cats, under 40 lbs, non-aggressive). Please supervise them, clean up after them, and use covers if they're on furniture. Let us know their breed, weight, and number when booking. Guests Only registered guests may stay (max 14). Please ensure all guests are declared. Noise & Parties Kindly respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Parties or events are not permitted. Smoking Smoking is not allowed indoors. A $150 fee applies if this rule is broken. Trash & Parking Use black/brown bins for trash and blue bins for recycling. Please do not park on the lawn, and note that RVs/oversized vehicles are not permitted. Furniture & Property Care Please avoid moving furniture or the pool table ($100 fee if moved). Report any damages during your stay. Linens & Towels Kindly use linens and towels with care. Excessive staining or misuse may require replacement. Security & Deposits Please do not tamper with cameras. Security deposits are refundable after the property is checked. Long Stays For stays of 30+ days, bi-weekly cleaning is required ($230 per cleaning).
