Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. **Pet fee $100USD per pet per stay** NOISE LEVEL MONITORING Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Thank you very much for your understanding. SUPPLIES We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. CAMERA Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property. FIRE EXTINGUISHER 1 fire extinguisher is located in the the other is in the hall closet. FURNITURE Please do not re-arrange our furniture. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear (animal damage does not constitute normal wear and tear) will be charged to you. We kindly ask that you avoid moving or turning the pool table, as it may cause damage. A $100 fee will apply if it is repositioned. TRASH DISPOSAL All household trash must be disposed of in the black or brown bins only. Failure to do so will result in a $50 penalty. Blue bins are strictly for RECYCLING only. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is 55$ for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help! Renters are responsible for all utility costs, including electricity, gas, internet, and water. A bi-monthly cleaning fee also applies, with professional cleaning scheduled twice per month. We also allowed pets up to 2, limited to 50 lbs below with a pet fee of $100/pet.
