Improvements include A lodge, two metal shops, three man-made ponds, and a fishing pavilion. Power is run to the lodge and shops, and water is supplied from multiple wells on the ranch. Excellent hunting for trophy bull elk, part of Scofield East CWMU with 1 to 2 bull elk tags issued annually. Hunting for buck deer is by general season tags, with good opportunities to kill a high-quality buck. Private trout fishing ponds on ranch, with water rights for all fishing ponds, wells, and stock-watering. Sheep are grazed lightly on the ranch each year by a local rancher. Restaurants, hotels, groceries, and a hospital are located only 15 miles to the southwest in Price, UT.
