It's approximately a 30 minute drive into Myrtle Beach. This recently updated home maintains its farmhouse country charm, with 3 bedrooms, family room, living room, kitchen, and 2 full baths. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests. This is a non-smoking, pet free home. Tenant must haul off trash weekly. Utilities included (Wi-Fi, water, and electricity up to $175 per month.
