It's approximately a 30 minute drive into Myrtle Beach. This recently updated home maintains its farmhouse country charm, with 3 bedrooms, family room, living room, kitchen, and 2 full baths. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests. This is a non-smoking, pet free home. Tenant must haul off trash weekly. *Utilities are included. We provide Wi-Fi, water, and electricity (up to $200 per month on electricity. Tenant must pay additional charges over the $200 allotted for electricity.) $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. *The garage is utilized by owners, so tenants do not have access to this area, except to use the laundry area.
