ABOUT COPALIS BEACH COTTAGE Guests are welcome to enjoy the first floor of this comfortable two-story house, with a large lot, a generous backyard and trees surrounding the home. On entering, you'll find a bright and airy great room encompassing living, dining and kitchen areas. An overstuffed sofa and chair are situated around the gas burning fireplace, great for warming up those cool beach evenings. The dining area can accommodate six and in addition to an enjoyable eating spot, can double for doing puzzles, playing board games or Go Fish! with the kids. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances - refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster - as well as plenty of dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans. The home is great for (licensed) clamming enthusiasts, with its own clam cleaning station right next to the kitchen. MORE ABOUT COPALIS BEACH COTTAGE Two bedrooms in the home offer queen-sized beds, the third has twin bunks. One full bathroom with tub/shower combo, makes it easy to get the sand cleaned off everybody after their day at the beach. Plush linens for everyone are supplied. Also convenient for getting rid of the sand are the full-sized washer and dryer, available for guest use. When you're ready to get away from the beach, it's an easy walk to Copalis Beach, where you'll find stores, local restaurants, bars, plus rentals of bikes and surfing gear. Dogs are welcome (no more than two, please) with our per night per pet fee. ABOUT COPALIS BEACH When booking with any of our properties in Copalis Beach, you will have endless options for seaside activities. When bringing your friends or family along, we're sure that each and every one of you will find an adventure worth diving into. Copalis Beach is a coast side community. Here the Copalis River meets the sea and it invites you to explore the wonderful seaside adventures. Visiting during the warm weather? Get ready for clamming season! Copalis Beach is famous for razor clamming. Gather thousands and thousands of these delicious clams (with proper licensing from WDFW of course). The warmer days also mean you can go fishing, beachcombing and walk the scenic beach hiking trails. Want to head to the beach during Winter too? That's not a problem! The views are just as beautiful and it's still a great getaway from your every day life. THE BY THE SEA PROMISE By The Sea Vacation Rentals is the only full-stack vacation rental management company in the area. We vow to make booking with us simple and exciting. While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards. We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking. We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise. MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
