Summer means hiking, boating, fishing, paddleboarding, whitewater rafting, farmers markets, outdoor concerts, camping and incredible stargazing. All utilities included: water, septic, electricity and high-speed internet. Garbage is not included; a county waste disposal site is just minutes away and open 7 days a week. Enjoy plenty of outdoor parking and a community fire pit. Sheds, boats and recreational toys may be considered depending on space. Dogs considered upon approval at $50/month per dog. AWD/4WD strongly recommended, but not necessary, for Montana winters. County roads are maintained and property access/driveways are plowed. Tenants maintain their vehicles, stairs, porch and, when necessary, their parking area. Security cameras and alarms are in place.
