The home is conveniently located- directly across from a shopping/dining plaza and just minutes from Good Samaritan Hospital as well as downtown Corvallis, OSU, and Reser Stadium. For added security, the property is equipped with security cameras at the exterior front and back of the home as well as the garage. All cameras record to a secure cloud system. There are no cameras inside the home. To keep the home fresh and comfortable, professional cleaners will be scheduled to visit every 4 weeks (required). Owner does not live on site.
