There is off street parking and private entry. Many hiking trails and natural areas within walking distance.There are 1400 square feet with private entries, loads of storage, and a full laundry. The kitchen includes: a double sink, cabinets, microwave, full refrigerator, induction hot plate, larger convection toaster, air fryer, and rolling kitchen cart with cookware included. Other small appliances are available. Large bedroom and bath. All utilities and internet provided $500 non-refundable cleaning fee. Refundable $500 damage fee, depending on any damages rent period: monthly w/d in unit furnished off-street parking no smoking no pets air conditioning This is a month to month rental with no utility or fees. I do upkeep on the property. I require a 60 notice for vacating the unit. No pets or smoking. There are two parking places, one is a turn around in the driveway and other is a graveled parking area above the house. This is a very quiet neighborhood where neighbors pay attention to my renters. So, loud vehicles are not allowed. I expect the rental to be kept clean and safe. I will not enter your space without prior notice. The exception would be, if you are not present, I may come through to the shared spaces but will not ever enter the other parts of your space.
