Located 1 mile from the interstate and grocery, 5 miles from the City Center with shopping and outdoor concerts, 25 minutes to Alpharetta's fine dining options, and 45 minutes to explore charming mountain towns. This spacious apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, a tiled walk-in shower, and two closets for ample storage. The quiet property offers a queen-sized bed for a restful nights sleep. Its peaceful setting and beautiful surroundings provide comfort and relaxation in every corner. Our standard lease is a month to month lease that auto renews each month. We are open to long term stays. Most people begin with a 90 day stay and extend if it's a good fit. We only require a simple background check ($59), valid ID or license, signed application, signed lease and $675 deposit to secure the rental. First month's rent is paid on move in day. My husband and I have been renting on Furnished Finder for over 6 years, with 5-star reviews. We currently have 8 rentals. About 50% of our guests are traveling medical professionals, with 50% being non-medical working professionals. Most guests are away working during the day, and when they return, they seek a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to rest. Our rentals offer privacy and tranquility, far from the feel of a hotel. The property is well-lit outdoors, so youll always feel secure no matter when you return home. The quiet, established neighborhood is filled with lakeside homes, mature trees, and cul-de-sacs. Some homes were built in the '70s, while others have been replaced with new construction. Our county is recognized as a safe place to live. We bike or jog the neighborhood daily with our dog, and in over 6 years of offering short-term rentals, we've never had a guest leave the property damaged.
