This spacious apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, a tiled walk-in shower, and two closets for ample storage. The quiet property offers a queen-sized bed for a restful nights sleep. Its peaceful setting and beautiful surroundings provide comfort and relaxation in every corner. Our standard lease is a month to month lease that auto renews each month. We are open to long term stays. Most people begin with a 60 day stay and extend if it's a good fit. We only require a simple background check ($59), valid ID or license, signed application, signed lease and $1000 deposit to secure the rental. First month's rent is paid on move in day. My husband and I have been renting on Furnished Finder for over 6 years, with 5-star reviews. We currently have 8 rentals. We bike or jog the neighborhood daily with our dog, and in over 6 years of offering short-term rentals, we've never had a guest leave the property damaged.
