There is a full kitchen, dining, and multiple common living areas. Washer/dryer on site. Tenets are responsible for their own washing detergents. Two spots in the driveway and plentiful street parking is available. Roku TV in the front living room with streaming channels, use the guest accounts or log in to your own subscriptions. Flexible lease options available from 6 month to 12 months, with the option to continue month-to-month after the initial term. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry access. Tenant provides their own laundry detergent. Plenty of free street parking is available. Full kitchen access is included and shared respectfully with the household.
