Dog friendly. Internet and cable included. All fees are included in rent. You'll still be responsible for utilities (~$75). Parking is included: you'll download an app which will function as a remote to open the gate to enter secured / covered parking. You will be assigned a parking spot (conveniently located next the elevator). Very pet friendly. No smoking. Typical Texas apartment screening to be expected.
