We are a 10 min drive to downtown Dallas. Our home, built in 2005, is a single family home. The house has a driveway, two car garage, lovely front patio and porch. Downstairs is a dining/reading room, huge open kitchen, and living room with access to the back patio and our wonderful backyard! The yard has a bbq grill, covered patio, fan, and plenty of space for kids to play. Upstairs you'll find the 3 bedrooms, laundry room, awesome playroom, and two desks. Our playroom can easily be used as a 4th bedroom with an inflatable queen air mattress. The rental comes fully furnished with the existing furniture pictured! Our neighborhood(s) is one of the best in Dallas, Knox Henderson & Lower Greenville. It's a great kid-friendly neighborhood (tons of young families here) and you are a 5 minute walk from the shops, restaurants, and grocery (Trader Joes and Sprouts) stores of Lower Greenville. Our home is 10 minutes from downtown Dallas (drive), 15 minutes from Love Field Airport (Southwest) and 30 minutes from DFW Airport.
