Bedroom 3: Queen memory foam bed, adjustable-height desk, and stunning sunrise views. Bathrooms: 2nd full bath with tub Half bath with Japanese-style heated bidet toilet Bonus Space: Large landing/playroom with massage table, crib, and optional cot for extra sleeping space. Kitchen & Dining: Chef's kitchen with oversized island. Dining table seats 10 (plus two bar stools for extra guests). Outdoor Space: Garden with jasmine, lavender, mint, and pineapple guava. Hammock for two, dining table for 4 6, and seasonal produce (figs, tomatoes, peppers, blackberries). Parking: Garage fits one car; additional street parking available. Rental Details: We're a family of former digital nomads (45 countries traveled) now based in Dallas. We'll be away for the next few months and are renting our personal home. Looking for trustworthy tenants minimum 2 months. First and last month's rent plus one month's deposit required. Open to housemate arrangement upon our return (must love toddlers!). Maximum 3 month rental. House is furnished. If utilities exceed $400/month during your stay, we reserve the right to charge for the overage. (Typically, it's under $350, since we have solar.) Should you need stuff for kids, please let us know in advance. Also, should you want to rent eBikes or a Tesla Model 3, we may be able to arrange that as well. We expect you to keep house in good order and to not enter into any areas which are locked off.
