The bedrooms (Master and 2 Guest) are large with comfortable beds and plenty of natural lighting from large windows in each room. The Master bedroom consists of a smart tv with streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube free of charge and ready for use! The living is very comfy as it includes beautiful entertainment center, smart tv for streaming your favorite apps and 2 super comfy sofa beds that can sleep up to 2 at night. Sleeping arrangements consist of 7 full beds, 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds. The home being centrally located in Trinity Groves which puts you minutes away to Kessler Theater and Bishop Arts District, and Downtown Dallas. Refund & Processing Fee Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Please note that all payments processed through the VRBO platform are subject to a standard 3% payment processing fee charged by Stripe. Because this fee is applied to both incoming and refunded transactions, it is non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation or refund (even when the cancellation falls within the eligible refund window), the refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3% processing fee.
