Seeking 2 roommates to share a separate 2 bedroom with 1 shared bathroom for just you two to join us in 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in west Davis, Stonegate. We are retired with fully grown children and we will be traveling extensively over the next few years. Community areas are large and ideal for entertaining or hosting. The house has two sides with a master bed and bath on one side, which we would periodically habitate. The other side of the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Specifically it is 2 scenarios of 2 bedrooms that share a jack-and-Jill bathroom. So if you have 2 of you that want to share a bathroom with the two bedrooms, it would be ideal. We would rent out to 2 people or 4 people. Each room has large closet and can be provided furnished (bed, desk, bookshelf) or unfurnished. Looking for grad students or chill professionals but would consider mature undergrads. Looking for considerate roommates who clean up after themselves. Other than cleanliness we are pretty chill, party friendly. While single story, the house has multiple levels with 3-4 stairs that should be considered if mobility is limited.
