Looking for a single professional adult who doesnt work remotely. It is a wonderful brick Victorian house in the Bonnie Brae/Wash Park area with off street parking. We've done quite a bit of updating and the available room has a quality queen bed, 2 dressers, sofa, and decent sized refrigerator. We also just completed a beautiful new deck and there are heaters. We're pretty low key but enjoy good food, beer and wine as well as travel, golf, and outdoor Colorado type activities. We like our privacy and will value yours but are open to sitting down together and having a cocktail or cup of coffee. We are in a fabulous neighborhood and occasionally have people over for dinner but it's never late and would prefer to keep things quiet and mellow for everyone, including respecting our neighbors. We have a small dog who doesn't shed and is pretty easy to be around. There is laundry, exercise room with treadmill and Pelaton style bike, and a great backyard with Weber grill and smoker. Close to Wash Park as well as Cherry Creek shopping, walking distance to restaurants on Gaylord St as well as Colorado Blvd and good access to I-25. There is a King Soopers and Whole Foods less than a mile away. We like to start with 2-3 months to make sure the situation is a fit for all but have had some stay for a year or more. We've had great relationships with previous roommates who have ranged in age and professions. Some we socialized and even travelled with, some did their own thing but always keeping the objective of having a clean and comfortable environment and respecting one another. I am asking for an application including background check and proof of income because we will be traveling some and you may have the house to yourself. We can do short or long term but like to start with 2- 3 months to see if everyone is comfortable and we can extend from there. We've had people stay anywhere from 2 months to 2 years. Utilities to share are the internet which is with Xfinity and Xcel Energy. We have a furnace that is just 3 years old so its pretty efficient.
