Lease terms available month-to-month, mid-term (1 - 11 months), or long-term (12 - 18 months). Owner pays all utilities. A background check is required prior to signing. Deposits, first month's rent, and the cleaning fee are due at lease signing.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a $300 refundable pet deposit. Please include details about your pet in your booking request for approval.
Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and violations will incur a fine. Guests are welcome to smoke or vape outdoors, where you will find a patio set, a large hanging egg chair with stand, and an ashtray in the backyard. Please remember to clean up any cigarette butts or related waste.
Yard maintenance including grass cutting, trimming, and weeding is provided. Pet clean-up is not included; however, we supply guests with the necessary materials, including a pet trash can and waste bags, for their convenience.
Additional fees/charges may be applied to your stay if our cleaning crew must clean up any smoking or vaporing waste and/or pet waste.
