This is a fully furnished rental with all utilities included, making for an easy, move-in-ready experience. A one-month refundable security deposit is required. Application must be submitted through Zillow. The lease is month-to-month with a required 30-day notice to vacate. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 2nd; a late fee of $50 per day will apply. Up to three (3) pets are permitted. This is a non-smoking property.
