The ceiling light comes with a ceiling fan attached. Bathroom-personal bathroom down the hall, off the living room, from the room with a tub and shower. Above the sink vanity is a medicine cabinet mirror. With two wooden shelves next to it. Communal living spaces; Living room- Has front door access, light gray walls with medium gray carpet, two windows. One window facing south with a pink rose bush growing up to it, and the other big window allowing for lots of light facing west. But with the option to close blinds and curtains when needed. There is a dark gray couch and chaise lounger for seating in the living room with two standing floor lamps and a 2x8 cube storage shelving with green plants placed on top. Theirs a tv with a sound bar and switch. The living room leads to the kitchen and the hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen- recently painted kitchen walls with a light white gray color as well as a deep blue green turquoise shade on the cabinets with gold accent knobs. The kitchen is celiac friendly, but if need be for non allergy cooking, utensils can be stored separately. The floors are a medium to light brown stained wood flooring. The table is oval shaped that seats 6 if need be or the leaf can be removed to seat just four for a round table instead. There is pantry space for storing non perishable food items. The fridge is a stainless steel roomie fridge with a freezer door at the top half, white dishwasher, and white oven with a stove top and microwave. There is two windows in the kitchen facing the backyard and garage in the east. The kitchen leads to either the side door exit or the basement. Basement- Has a workout space of workout flooring, an elliptical, and light free weights. A love sac and love seat chair with a rug as well as a bookcase with books and dvds. An air hockey table or it can be a ping pong table if the top is put on, with the top on it is also a giant table for eating or playing games. Storage under the stairs, additional office room or storage room. Flooring is cement for the time being before flooring gets installed. The walls are beige with brown stained trim. There is two small basement windows with curtains to block light if needed. Furnace/AC/washer space- theirs a door in the basement that leads to the furnace, AC, washer and dryer units. The room includes bars for drying clothes and a sink. Deck-the deck is off of the side of the house from the primary bedroom but has access from the driveway. There is a table and grill. Garage- two car garage with room for storage. There is a basketball hoop hung above the sliding garage door. Next to and behind the garage is the back yard with space in the sun and some in the shade. Plants line the house and garage. There is a free standing fire pit that can be placed in the back yard. No smoking allowed. No cats allowed, owner is allergic. Friendly dogs only, I do not care breed as long as they are not aggressive towards people or other dogs. If renter breaks something or causes damages to the property it will come out of the deposit depending on the cost to fix said damage. Renting is a year lease, must give 30 days written notice when moving out. Renter breaking a lease early is a fee of one month's rent. Parking is allowed in garage, it is a two stall garage. Maintenance requirements- keep their space and items clean. Pick up after themselves. Ie: if they spill something clean it up. Don't leave dishes or food to grow mold. Contribute to keeping shared living spaces clean. Rent more than 5 days late $100 fee. No guests without prior notice to either party. There is a pet camera in main living area for keeping an eye on owners dog in case of emergency. Celiac friendly kitchen but if you are not allergic we can accommodate.
