The shared areas of the home are living room, kitchen nook, renovated kitchen, and laundry room. Shared laundry room is on the ground floor. One parking space is available in front of the house. The house is within walking distance of the Des Moines marina, a few blocks from a 7-11 store, restaurants, coffee shops, and bank. Safeway and the light rail station are a 10-minute drive. It only takes 15 minutes to drive to SeaTac Airport or access to I-5 and highway 99. A 1-year lease is required. Security deposit of $800 and last month's rent is required. No application fee.
