Looking for a roommate in our home in Destin, FL. This room is very large, upstairs, two closets, shared jack-and-jill style bathroom with one other person. The kitchen, living room, dining room, guest bathroom, garage, yard, and pool are all shared areas. The common areas are generally furnished and supplied with typical supplies by the homeowners. All common areas are well maintained with the expectation that everyone respects the common areas. This room is a great opportunity to live in a large space in a great home with beautiful common areas and a gorgeous pool for a lower price than generally feasible. Leases are typically month-to-month unless otherwise specified. Leases transition to month-to-month at the end of whatever the initial contract period was. 30 days notice is required to terminate the lease agreement from either party. There is no smoking or pets on the property. Renter is responsible for cleaning their private areas, the shared bathroom on a schedule that works for the two roommates sharing the bathroom, and cleaning the common areas in a way that is not beyond their own personal use.
