The bathroom is shared, there is also a shared powder room on the second floor and a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located half-way between Woodward Avenue and The Lodge (M-10). It's about 5 minutes from both New Center and Midtown and less than 10 minutes from downtown via car. My neighbors are wonderful as is the larger Boston Edison community nearby. The rent includes utilities and is month-to-month. I'm looking for someone long-term but don't want either one of us to be stuck if it's not the right fit. Recreational drugs, smoking/vaping and excessive drinking are not welcome in my home. Renters will be responsible for cleaning their rooms and sharing in cleaning duties in the home's common spaces. The ideal roommate is a professional or graduate student who shares a relatively quiet lifestyle, is not too messy and is a generally courteous person.
