One small unfurnished private room available in 4 person house. Room is basically 11' x 11' with one 2'x4' corner taken out. Shared bathroom (3 people), kitchen (4 people). W/D, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, etc. Some basement storage (but damp). Year lease preferred. $750/month + utilities (avg $50/person in summer $200/person winter) On Coast and Wildcat bus routes. Walking distance to train & downtown Dover. Non-smokers only (not even occasionally and only in your car or outside). No vapers. No partiers. No one stumbling home drunk or stoned disrupting the other housemates. We are all introverts who pretty much keep to ourselves. There is no-one who will clean up after you, so shared spaces must be kept clean. Quiet, clean employed people only. We are mostly scent-free. LGBTQIA-safe. Will allow 1 cat, the litter box stays in your room, cat can roam the whole house. There is an application and I DO check references. Also there is a background check ($32 charge). I expect 1st month's rent ($750) and security deposit ($750) up front. $1500 total. If you bring a cat there will be an extra fee. Off street parking available but Dover only requires it for winter storms. We all shovel snow in winter. One year lease. No smoking. No Vaping. Utilities vary from approximately $50/person in summer, to $200/person in winter, assuming 4 people in the house. Internet speed is 500Mbps, so not good for gamers. If you want AC in your room, you can use a window unit. You will pay more in electricity to cover the costs. You will be shoveling snow in winter. You are expected to keep all the public areas clean as you use them, leaving them clean for everyone who comes after you in the space.
