3 Bed 2 bath home on 5 acres built in 1998. The home hasn't had many updates since original build. I recently purchased the property from an estate and it is still full of stuff left behind by the family. I am listing this at 1500 per month rental price because this is an "as-is" rental and the tenant will take responsibility for cleaning out the property. They can choose to keep/sell/discard items as they choose and they get the profits/loss associated with their decision. If I don't find a tenant to help with clean out, I will clean out, paint and then rent will be $2,000+ per month. Property is located outside of Draper VA. 20 minutes from Dublin and less than 30 minutes to Wytheville. Renter is responisble for all utilities which include electricity and trash service. I typically look for a 1 year lease but I am willing to explore shorter/longer lease as needed. No smoking is permitted in the house. Tenant is responsible for mowing/yard maintenance. Home maintenance is the responsibility of the owner but I reserve the right to charge the tenant for repairs that are outside normal wear and tear
