The property is the Duluth Beach House on Park Point, situated on Lake Superior's longest beach. It is a cozy, comfortable four-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home with a vaulted ceiling and loft bedroom. It's a great family getaway, professionally cleaned and fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. The large windows overlook Lake Superior, and there's a spacious outdoor deck facing the lake. The property is private and only a mile from the Duluth Lift Bridge and Canal Park. - Please note that the owner reserves 24/7/365 access to the "separate" owner's suite on the lower level, and exterior security cameras are in use. - The rental includes accommodation for four or fewer people. For groups exceeding four people, including children one year or older, there is an additional charge of $10.00 per night per person.r people. Off-street free parking is available. * Separate Owner's Suite on the lower level will be occupied 24/7/365. Separate entry, no cross traffic. * Manager reserves the right to do a background check. * Rent is subject to change. *Absolutely no parties, events, or excessive drinking allowed. We do not rent to any group that intends to use the Vacation Home as a place for "excessive drinking" and or a "party" getaway. *Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the occupancy limits is not allowed. *Animals: This property is strictly an animal-free zone. Animals are NOT allowed due to severe allergies, including service, therapy, and emotional support animals. *Quiet Time & Noise Levels: The Vacation Home is in a residential neighborhood.
