The property is the Duluth Beach House on Park Point, situated on Lake Superior's longest beach. It is a cozy, comfortable four-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home with a vaulted ceiling and loft bedroom. It's a great family getaway, professionally cleaned and fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. The large windows overlook Lake Superior, and there's a spacious outdoor deck facing the lake. The property is private and only a mile from the Duluth Lift Bridge and Canal Park. - Please note that the owner reserves 24/7/365 access to the "separate" owner's suite on the lower level, and exterior security cameras are in use. - The rental includes accommodation for four or fewer people. For groups exceeding four people, including children one year or older, there is an additional charge of $10.00 per night per person.r people.
