The laundry room is located downstairs off the garage entrance with washer and dryer. It has the main deck off the dining room which is 12x20ft and a smaller deck off the master BR. Vaulted ceiling in the living room, dining room and kitchen area. A wood burning stove is available for use with annual cleaning plus central heat.
