No additional occupants or pets are permitted unless approved in writing and included in the lease. Tenant must keep the apartment clean, sanitary, and free of damage. Tenant must promptly report maintenance issues, leaks, damage, pests, or unsafe conditions. Tenant is responsible for damage caused by the tenant or the tenant's guests, excluding normal wear and tear. No alterations, painting, or installation of fixtures or equipment without prior written approval.
