I am selling this property because I live in California. The area is Clarksville as per the addresses for the house on the west side and the east side. I bought and was going to build a home here to be closer to my parents, but that has changed. I just want to sell this property now and stay in California. My lot is for sale, looking to get it of my books as I live in California. Not looking to make any profit just sell. Perk test has been done and water and power are at road.
