The unit is fully electric powered, and hooked up to a greywater system that waters the garden, so using biodegradable soaps is mandatory. Ample street parking is available, space for covered storage (bikes, etc), as well as shared use of our washer & dryer. The unit is located on a 1/3 acre lot that has 80+ fruit trees, vegetable gardens, bee hives, pet chickens, and another single family house (where we live!). We are looking for a tenant who is generally quiet, respectful, like-minded, and a non-smoker (420 ok). Sorry, no cats or dogs, but we would be open to discussing some other indoor pets for the perfect person. Rent is $1,800 + $150 for all utilities (water, electricity, trash, internet) per month.
