This home has 1 large bedroom, 1 full bathroom with tub and shower, living room, full kitchen, laundry room, front porch with a fabulous view of five different mountain ranges to the east, incredible wildlife, spectacular sunrises and moonrises and is very quiet. We offer off street parking for one car. The cottage is 1 1/2 miles from downtown Cardiff and the beach. The cottage is located within a private cul-de-sac that includes a total of two houses and two cottages, currently one house and cottage are used by the owners of the property. The cottage is leased unfurnished and we have a strict NO PET POLICY.
