This is a furnished rental in an excellent neighborhood that is close to shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Erie and the waterfront. The house has an in-law suite built in and that unit has its own side entrance and fenced in yard. Completely private from the house. There is a horseshoe driveway that is shared. The family is out of town and is looking for a short rental (30 days minimum) September- January. All of the utilities are included in the rental price as well as Wifi. Minimum 30 days rent- available September 1st-January 31st No smoking and no pets. This house has cats that live here and will be out of the property for the duration of the rental. However we ask no pets as the family will return with their cats after renters have moved out. The house has an in law suite built in with a completely separate side entrance and fenced in yard. Currently there is no laundry available as the hookups are in the basement where the in law suite is. We will provide a portable washer and dryer.
