Lots and lots of kids books, blocks, kids stool for kitchen, etc. Stereo system allows bluetooth connection. TV has HDMI or USB-C cord available for connection to your laptop. Security deposit is due at lease signing and is non-refundable until move-in (ie. if you sign a lease but then don't move-in the security deposit is forfeited).
