Seeking one single female roommate to share a quiet, clean, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, 2-story apartment unit in a highly desirable neighborhood in Northeast Eugene (near Costco). Private room on upper floor comes with a designated sink space in the half bathroom. Shared common areas with myself and my 11-year-old daughter (shower is shared and half bath is on the lower level, both toilets shared). Rent includes all utilities except electricity, which would be split to 1/3 (it's usually no more than $150 total, and much less in the spring, fall, and summer). Finding someone who is a good fit to live with my daughter and me is the top priority.
