Modern bedroom with private full bathroom on 2nd floor. Deposit + 1st month of rent are required if you'd like to hold the room. A minimum stay of 6 month is required, after that lease will be month to month. No pet, drug, or smoking will be allowed inside the house. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am during weekdays. House has cameras outside and around common share areas for everyone's safety. Landlord's family lives on the 1st floor. We have 3 kids with the youngest being a toddler.
