This bond is based on your credit score and can be anywhere from $87.50 for credit scores 625 or up, up to $612.50 for lower credit scores. - If you have pets that are not emotional support or service animals, there would be a non-refundable pet fee of $395 per pet, plus $25 a month in pet rent per pet. We allow up to 3 pets. - If you have an ESA or Service Animal, we would need a letter from your healthcare provider. Please note, we do not accept letters from a company located online. Moving in between the 1st and 19th? Just pay prorated rent for that month! Moving in on or after the 20th? You'll pay prorated rent for the rest of the month plus next month's rent.
