It's a quiet and detached 400 sq. ft. unit in the far back of the property. Owner pays utilities (SDG&E, Water, Trash and Sewer). No smoking, No illegal drugs are permitted on property. On property parking .....fully gated and 24/7 outside surveillance. This is a very quiet area in the countryside of Fallbrook. We can do a 6 mo. Lease if you like living here stay if not no problem. I require $500 security deposit. First months rent on move in date. Rent will be due on the day of the month you would like. I can prorate first months rent on move in. I usually have rent be due on the first of each month. We pay utilities .(electricity, water, trash, sewer, pest control and maintenance). You will just have to open service for cable and internet (optional). The only thing you will need is propane gas for stove which is like $14 to fill tank like once a month if you cook a lot. We do not like anyone to smoke in the casita.
