The home is located on a quiet beautiful culdasac with a newly paved shared driveway. All utilities monthly flat rate $150 in addition to rent. Enjoy your coffee every morning on your private patio while listening to the sounds of the country with nearby livestock, coyotes, frogs & songbirds. Grow a veggie garden and enjoy the Southern California Sunshine living less than 30 min from Temecula Wine Country and Oceanside Beach. This is located at the bottom of our private property but your outdoor open view/patio is private. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS PLEASE DONT ASK.
