Our community features a clubhouse with a fitness center and free Wi-Fi, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Additional monthly surcharge for water, sewer & garbage is $90.00 for the 1st occupant and $20.00 for each additional occupant. Tenants will be billed separately for electricity through Puget Sound Energy.
