Keep common areas cleaner than they left it, or as if they never used it.
Very considerate and mindful about common areas, the suite itself and the surrounding as well.
Will not forget to wash your dishes and when it is your turn, do the chores like moving the waste bins outside /take them back after they are emptied and vacuuming the common area weekly.
Very considerate about other people around including neighbors
Expect to share pay stubs, W2s, credit history/report, proof of signed contract with your employer and previous landlord references.
