Pictures show the room when empty vs when it is furnished so you can have an idea how the furnitures can fit within the room. The house is super close (walking distance) to shopping areas and groceries stores near Harbor and Orangethorpe, including: Target, Costco, Bestbuy, gyms, restaurants. Walking distance to Downtown Fullerton and Fullerton Train Station as well. Just off Freeway 91, and close to freeway 5. Only 10-15 minutes driving to Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College! We are looking for a clean, responsible and respectful working person, with a stable income, to rent the room out long term (at-least 6 months). We are friendly and easy-going. Please: NO smoking, vaping, drug, pets, heavy-alcohol, overnight visitors. If interested, please message me about you and your background. $900/mo + $500 deposit when moving in.
