Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located at the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. This is in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home. Make sure the information above regarding the number of adults, children is correct. The MINIMUM age to reserve this property is 25 YEARS OLD. Getting Around The area is best navigated by car, and the close proximity to these cities makes it easy to enjoy the peace of lake life while still being close to everything the Kansas City metro has to offer. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Pets are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full
