Garage space may be used for normal activities, hobbies and bicycles, but is not available for long-term storage. Off-street parking is available. The home is owner-occupied, minimalist, very clean and intentionally uncluttered. Shared common areas are expected to remain clean and free of personal clutter at all times; appropriate storage is available in cabinets, closets and private areas. Utilities are included in the $1,100 monthly rent. A well-behaved, house-trained dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis for an additional $100/month in pet rent. No automatic pet approval fit with the home and household will be considered. Initial 6-month lease, then month-to-month. $1,000 security deposit. Utilities are included in the monthly rent.
