The space does not have a full kitchen. This furnished private room requires a minimum 30-day lease and is limited to one adult occupant. A written rental agreement must be signed before move-in. Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month. Electricity, water, trash, and Wi-Fi are included. Any partial month following the initial 30-day rental period will be prorated based on the monthly rental rate. A refundable $150 security and cleaning deposit is required before move-in. The deposit will be returned after move-out, less any reasonable deductions for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear, excessive cleaning, missing items, unpaid rent, or other amounts permitted under the rental agreement.
